Worship

We view Sunday morning worship as a time to be refreshed, to connect with God and each other, and to challenge and equip us to continuing living as worshipers during the rest of the week.

Members of our congregation appreciate diverse kinds of worship, and a Sunday morning service may include everything from a capella hymns to a contemporary band.  We seek the holistic engagement of the entire person and believe that God accepts our worship in many varied ways and styles.  We encourage lay leadership in worship and value the gifts and passions of the congregation.  A typical service may involve singing, drama, prayer, Scripture readings, sermon, special music, and silence.

We worship in a family atmosphere and enjoy being together.  We frequently share meals and conversation together in the fellowship hall after the service has ended.
